The CHRISTUS Cabrini Foundation

Statement of purpose: The CHRISTUS Cabrini Foundation, established in 1983 as an independent, nonprofit corporation, is a partnership of dedicated people who provide a finely focused effort toward identifying and securing philanthropic support for St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

Governed by a volunteer board of directors from the local community, the Foundation provides assurance through monitored management that donations will be used in accordance with the donor's wishes; i.e., to support new programs, to purchase new or replacement equipment, or to build or replace facilities and not for the daily operational costs of the hospital.

The Foundation's independence from its beneficiary, the hospital, is further assurance that contributions will support the goal of providing an ever-increasing margin of excellence today and in the future at St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
