The cardiac catheterization labs at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital utilize the latest advancements in technology along with expertise gained only from experience. Being the first cath lab to open in the Central Louisiana, Cabrini Hospital continues to be the market leader. Our cardiologists and staff work as a team to provide the latest diagnostic and interventional procedures for our patients. Many of these procedures help eliminate the need for surgery and can be done with only an overnight hospital stay.

Our interventional procedures include, but are not limited to, balloon angioplasty, stents, rotational arthrectomy, and the newest technological approaches to laser and radiation therapy. With the high levels of patient and physician satisfaction, the number of procedures we perform continues to grow each year.
