Neonatal intensive care unit clinics
After the babies are discharged, specialized infant and children clinics are available for follow up care. All “graduates” of NICU return for follow-up developmental clinic on a scheduled basis. The neonatologists, practitioners and nurses at the clinics monitor them.
Pediatric cardiology clinic is held weekly for children with special cardiac needs. As well, several specialty pediatric clinics are available for children with special needs. A genetics specialist is available for consultation.
